Will my order arrive discreetly?
All Ladyloving orders arrive in plain, unmarked packaging with a discreet billing description. There is nothing on the outside to identify the contents.
How long does UK delivery take?
Standard UK delivery with Evri takes 3–5 working days. DPD Premium Next Day is available at checkout, and orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

Unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you. For hygiene reasons, intimate products cannot be returned once opened.
