100% Private
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. Your bank statement will discreetly show "TORRLL".
Before reaching out, check our privacy and shipping answers.
Will the parcel mention "Ladyloving" on the outside?
Absolutely not. All orders are packed in plain, brown cardboard boxes or bubble envelopes with generic, unbranded labels. There is no mention of Ladyloving, nor any indication of the internal contents whatsoever.
How does the billing show up on my statement?
Payments are taken through our PayPal checkout, and your bank statement will show the discreet name “TORRLL”, not Ladyloving, so no unexpected words show up on your statement.
What is the return policy for personal intimate wellness goods?
For obvious health, hygiene, and UK safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any intimate toys or accessories if the protective hygienic seals have been opened, tampered with, or used. If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so we can put it right quickly. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
