Pelvic floor health doesn’t need to be complicated. This set gives you four weighted Kegel beads in graduated sizes — 18g, 30g, 40g and 55g — so you can build strength progressively and at your own pace. Each bead is colour-coded, making it easy to track your progress without guesswork.

Two Holder Options Included

The set comes with both a single-bead holder and a double-bead holder, giving you flexibility in how you train. Start with the lightest single bead, then increase weight or switch to the double holder once you’re ready for a greater challenge. Both holders have retrieval loops for safe, straightforward removal.

Use With Water-Based Lube

Silicone beads slide in more comfortably with a dab of water-based lubricant. Apply to the bead and holder before insertion, and reapply as needed. Avoid silicone-based lubes, which can degrade the material over time.

Straightforward Care

Wash the beads and holders with mild soap and warm water before and after each use. Pat dry completely before storing. Regular cleaning keeps the silicone in good condition and ensures hygiene between sessions.
