Nuru massage originated in Japan — a full-body-contact technique where both people are covered in slippery gel and glide against each other. This concentrate gives you that experience at home.

Mix equal parts gel and water before use. One litre of concentrate becomes two litres of massage gel — enough for multiple sessions. The water-based formula warms slightly with friction and rinses away cleanly afterwards.

Seaweed Extract and Grape Seed

Laminaria Japonica (seaweed) extract hydrates and softens skin during extended contact. Grape seed extract provides antioxidant protection. Trehalose and gluconolactone add moisture without leaving a tacky finish once rinsed.

Glycerin creates the signature slip that makes nuru massage work. You’ll need a waterproof surface — a vinyl sheet or shower tray — as things get thoroughly slippery.

Preparation and Use

Pour gel into a bowl. Add equal amount of warm water. Stir until fully blended. Apply generously to both bodies. The more gel you use, the better the glide.

Keep a towel nearby for hands if you need grip. The gel stays slippery throughout but washes off skin and surfaces with water. No sticky residue, no complex cleanup.
