Mates FAQs
Are Mates products body-safe?
Each product page lists its materials, so you can check before you buy. Silicone, ABS plastic, glass and stainless steel are non-porous and the easiest to keep clean. They are free from phthalates and harmful chemicals.
What if a Mates product arrives faulty?
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so we can put it right quickly. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Will my order arrive discreetly?
All Ladyloving orders arrive in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding visible. Bank and card statements show a discreet billing description, not the product name or our store name.
How do I clean these products?
Clean with warm water and a mild unscented soap, or use a dedicated toy cleaner. Pat dry before storing. Non-motorised silicone toys can be fully submerged; always check the product instructions first.
How long does UK delivery take?
Standard UK delivery with Evri takes 3–5 working days. Tracked options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
Can I return a product if it is not right for me?
Ladyloving accepts returns on unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you. For hygiene reasons, intimate products cannot be returned once opened. Contact customer service for return instructions.
