Delivery, discretion and returns
How discreetly is it packaged?
Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no mention of Ladyloving or the contents. Your bank statement will show TORRLL.
When will it arrive?
Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Evri Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days (free over £75), Evri Express takes 1–2 days including Saturday, and DPD Premium Next Day is available at checkout.
Can I return it?
For hygiene reasons intimate products cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless faulty. Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, and there is no restocking fee. If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so we can put it right quickly. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
