Progressive Training From 31g to 38g

Start with the 31g Crystal in a single holder. When that feels easy to retain for ten minutes, move to the 37g Amethyst. Then progress to any of the 38g stones, or use two stones simultaneously for a combined weight of up to 76g. The incremental weight differences let you advance without jumping to a resistance level your pelvic floor isn’t ready for.
